If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase, and it is in the original packaging, you may exchange it for other items.

Refunds will not be given.

On all returns the credit received will be equal to the purchased amount, there will not be credit for the shipping and handling amount.

All returned shipments must be shipped insured via UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL. Da Beads, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
